    Pasquale Nardinocchi and Vincenzo Antelli start their business trading live pigs.

    With the arrival of Marino and Luca Nardinocchi and Remo Antelli, Centro Carne expands its field of activity to include the cutting and processing of beef and pork.

  3. New 3.500 square meter laboratory

    The opening of a state-of-the-art laboratory confirms the company's commitment to growth and quality, achieving expansion objectives. IFS certification enhances the virtuous path and innovation undertaken.

  4. Back to our roots and our territory

    The establishment of Società Agricola Centro Carne strengthens ties with the local area, promoting a sustainable short supply chain through local breeding centers for environmentally friendly livestock farming rooted in the community.

  5. Third generation of women

    Agnese Nardinocchi, the first woman of the third generation, joins the company, combining tradition and innovation and bringing new energy to strengthen the founding values in order to promote sustainable and future growth.

  6. Acquisition of the slaughterhouse and a new restocking center

    The acquisition of the slaughterhouse completes Centro Carne's supply chain, guaranteeing excellence and total control over production. With over 60 years of history, the company combines solid roots, ethical commitment, and a vision for the future.
